Kirsty Campbell

Kirsty is a professional director and adviser with experience in corporate finance, banking, law and regulation.
She has a portfolio of governance roles, including independent chair of Toitū Envirocare and Mitchell Vranjes and independent director of Ando Insurance, NZHL and Salt Funds. Kirsty is also a member of the NZ Markets Disciplinary Tribunal. Her previous governance roles include Public Trust, Montana Group and Simplicity. In her earlier life she was Head of Supervision at FMA and Senior Manager Commercial Banking at ANZ.
Kirsty is a Chartered Member of the Institute of Directors and a member of Global Women. She has a Bachelor of Law (Hons) and a post-graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from Edinburgh University.

Mike is an experienced Chief Executive who has run companies across New Zealand, Australia, Asia and the UK.
He has run his own consulting company for the last 20 years and formed Clarity with Kirsty in the last few years.
Mike is Independent Chairman of Babbage Consultants, UBIQ and TOBA and was the Executive Chairman of Greenstone Group until Apr 23. He provides leadership support as an advisor and Director for a range of other companies and organisations.
He was a volunteer telephone Lifeline counsellor for 6 years, engaged with NEXT Foundation for 9 years and is now a Trustee on The Talking Matters Charitable Trust and The Engineering New Zealand Foundation.
